Shuab is a chartered surveyor and a consultant (having previously been a Director) for the Affordable Housing division at JLL, the leading international property consultants. He has over 20 years’ professional experience as a specialist within affordable housing, and has overseen some of the largest valuations for loan security (via traditional and the capital markets route) and statutory accounts.  He is a lead valuer for a cross-section of G15 organisations, and a wide selection of mid-to-smaller size RPs, and has a strong and regular working relationship with the lead banks, security trustees and law firms servicing the sector. Additionally, he works with a number of social impact property funds (primarily in the homelessness and support sphere) in a formal non-executive advisory role.
