Shuab is an ex-Director and now a Consultant of Jones Lang Lasalle and a senior member of its Affordable Housing Team. He has over 20 years’ property sector experience, both on client-side buying/selling/asset-managing residential portfolios and most recently on advisory-side issuing some of the largest RICS regulated social housing valuations in the sector. He is a member of the Investment Committee of Resonance Supported Homes Fund and National Homelessness Property 2 Fund.  He has also lived and worked locally in the Harrow area for almost 30 years.
