Greenhill Housing Association is the new name for Harrow Churches HA. With our rebrand and relaunch we have completed a restructure of our teams to support our aims to provide an improved level of service to our tenants.
We have a number of roles available and think it’s a great time to join a small but dynamic organisation.

Purpose of the Role:
To be the lead manager in ensuring the association remains compliant in respect of health and safety of buildings owned and managed by the association. Including data management, setting up programmes, frameworks and contracts.

Purpose of the Role:
To support the Director of Asset Management in managing all aspects of asset management relating to the associations housing stock.
Provide robust administrate support in respect of data collection, collating of information for reports.
Assist with the setting up of frameworks and contracts in respect of major works.
Purpose of the Role:
To support the Compliance Manager in ensuring the association remains compliant in respect of health and safety of buildings owned and managed by the association. Including data management, setting up programmes, frameworks and contracts.
Purpose of the Role:
To play a crucial role in providing support to the Senior Management Team, (SMT) and Board of Management, (Board), to ensure the continued growth and success of GHHA.
Purpose of the Role:
To use excellent knowledge of benefits and rent recovery skills to ensure both GHHA and resident income is maximised whilst providing support to tenants in managing their rent accounts. To be an ambassador for GHHA delivering excellent customer service.
Purpose of the Role:
To take ownership of administrative duties, support the business needs both operationally and functionally, and ensure the service delivers timely actions according to the service needs and to meet internal procedural and regulatory requirements. To be an ambassador for GHHA delivering an excellent customer service.
Purpose of the Role:
To manage and deliver the external communications of GHHA including media and social media in line with GHHA vision and values, and to both manage and deliver key internal communications supporting all aspects of GHHA business and teams within.
Purpose of he Role:
The Plumber / Multi-trade Operative will be part of a small maintenance team responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs and void works connected with the GHHA housing stock.
Purpose of he Role:
Management of local schemes and generic housing stock ensuring operational day to safety and tenancy management delivering a high-quality housing and customer service.
