Windridge Court is Harrow Churches Housing Association’s brand new scheme of 58 flats for people aged 55+
HCHA is committed to providing high quality lifetime homes for older people, and we are very pleased to present our new development Windridge Court, named in honour of the Association’s first Chair, Fred Windridge.
If you are interested in applying, you will need to register with Harrow Council.
If the Council nominates you to us, we will carry out an assessment and invite you to visit the scheme.
The scheme has a scheme manager who is on duty Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
The scheme manager provides a housing management service, and can help tenants to access health, well-being and community services.
There is a communal lounge for socialising and community events.
The scheme has a communal laundry for use by tenants.
The nearest tube is Harrow-on-the-Hill; the area is well served by local bus routes.
